Colours Track & Field 2006

The competitive track and field season is about to begin. Our first
meet is the colours track and field on the 7th April. Apologies for
the late notice. The date has been set so early because of unforeseen
clashes.

The meet takes place in Irishtown stadium.

The program is as follows:

5.40 M 110H
5.50 W 300
6.00 M 300
6.10 W 2000
6.25 M 2000
6.40 W 100
6.50 M 100
7.00 W 600
7.10 M 600
7.20 W 4*100
7.30 M 4*100
7.40 M&W 100,200,300,400 (must be M/W/M/W OR W/M/W/M).
? M ? 4*400 (if needed for trial for varsities).

The intervarsities takes place in Belfast on the 21st and 22nd April.
Teams for this event will be selected over the coming weeks based on
form where possible and on attendance at training (see below for new

Throws - Wed 630pm - Track
Jumps - Tues/Thurs 6pm - Track
Sprints - Tues/Thurs 6pm - Track
Easy Running - Mon/Thurs 6pm - Sports centre
Mid Distance - Sessions on Tues & Thurs at track at 6pm

Circuits continues on Tuesdays in the sports centre for those interested.
